Eligibility:


We gladly accept returns and exchanges within one week of the delivery date, ensuring our customers have ample time to evaluate their items and make informed decisions.

Damage during Shipping: If your product arrives damaged or has defects (such as a cleft in the metal for singing bowls, Tingshas, statues, or gongs), we will cover the return or exchange. Please provide proof of the damage with clear pictures.



Unsatisfied with the Product:


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. However, please note that we do not accept returns for broken metallic items (singing bowls, Tingshas, statues, gongs).



Condition of the Returned Item:


To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be undamaged, clean, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that show signs of use, damage, or do not meet the original packaging requirement.



Proof of Purchase:


Please provide your order number or receipt as proof of purchase when initiating a return or exchange request.



Sound Quality Evaluation:


Upon receiving the returned item, we will thoroughly evaluate the sound quality, which may take some time. We want to ensure that the returned product meets our quality standards.



Exchange Option:


Along with a refund option, we also offer an exchange option. If you prefer to exchange the product for another item of similar value, please let us know during the return process.



Restocking Fees:


A reasonable restocking fee may apply for returned items. This fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking costs associated with processing the return. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
