This voucher includes one 60 min session for a Sound Bath.

Sessions are ruN monthly with a maximum of 20 participants. It includes:

- SOUND SHOWER WITH A MOKSHA BOWL ( Step into our biggest singing bowl and connect with the earth's energies, feeling the vibrations from your feet, all the way up your spine)

- GUIDED RELAXATION ( Our expert facilitator will lead you through a calming guided relaxation to prepare your mind and body for the sound bath, using body scan meditation, breathing and listening techniques)

- SOUND IMMERSION WITH SINGING BOWLS, GONG AND TINGSHA BELLS ( Drift into deep relaxation as you sit or lie down, surrounded by the enchanting sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and tingsha bells. The vibrations of these unique metallic instruments will wash away your stress and worries)

- SINGING BOWL MASSAGE ( Experience the sensations of a singing bowl directly played on your chest and/or abdomen and its profound benefits for your well-being)

Duration: 1hour

All our sessions are held in our London studio in Warren Street (W1T 5LH).

After the purchase, you will receive a digital version of your voucher that can be used up to one year after purchase.
